problem saving profile with utf8 windows login

Description

with windows login like etc. "Marek Mičulka" qutecom does not save profile

error message
"Your profile could not be loaded. Choose another profile or create a new one"

the problem is in

  • characters like "č"

or

  • in white space between Marek and Mičulka

There is no problem with white space, but with special characters ...

I remember ypu didi work on thos issue... Is it closed?

hi, have posted a patch (Subj:saving profiles with non-ascii characters), it's tested on win and czech lang.
